Terms of service
These terms cover your use of homekindco.com.au and how orders work. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. We have written them to be read, not to hide things in.
Orders
- An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. Until then it is an offer to buy and either of us can walk away.
- We show you the full total, product plus shipping, before you confirm. Nothing is added after that.
- If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We will not hold your money against stock we do not have.
- If you need to change or cancel, email us straight away. If it has not been packed we will cancel and refund in full. Once it is in the post, the returns policy applies instead.
- We pack and post and we email you tracking. That is a genuine estimate based on how we actually operate, not a guarantee against the postal network.
Pricing
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. The prices shown, $39.99 for one bottle, $70 for two and $95 for three, are the product prices. Shipping is shown to you before you confirm, and orders over $65 ship free.
Using the product
HomeKind is a household cleaning concentrate. Use it as directed on the label and on this site: diluted, on the surfaces we list, kept out of reach of children and away from eyes. Our guidance is given honestly, but every home is different, so patch test delicate or porous surfaces first. HomeKind is not a disinfectant or sanitiser and we make no claim that it kills germs.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty or not as described, the remedies on our returns page apply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability beyond those guarantees is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.

- The HomeKind name, logo, photography and written content belong to HomeKind Co. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.
- We may update the site and these terms over time. Changes appear here with a new date, and the terms in force when you ordered are the ones we honour for that order.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Anything unresolved goes to the courts there, though we would much rather sort it over email first: sales@homekindco.com.au.
