Order by 2pm Sydney time on a business day and it ships the same day with tracking. One bottle goes by Express Post, usually 1 to 3 business days. Two bottles go free by standard post (Australia Post regular parcel, usually 2 to 6 business days), or choose Express Post at checkout. Three bottles go free by Express Post. The full total, product plus postage, is shown before you confirm. Nothing is added after the fact.
Why the numbers sit where they do
One bottle fits a small Australia Post satchel, so it goes by Express Post for $10, close to what Australia Post charges us, and it gets to you faster. Two bottles need the medium satchel and three need the extra large. On two we cover standard post, and on three we cover Express Post.
Where we ship
Australia wide. City, coast, farm or a town with one general store: if a parcel service delivers to you, so do we.
How it’s packed
Bottles ship sealed and padded so they arrive in one piece, in packaging chosen to keep the plastic down. If one is ever damaged in transit, photograph it and email sales@homekindco.com.au and we’ll replace it.
