The promise, word for word: use HomeKind properly for 30 days. If it does not clean the way this site says it does, email us at sales@homekindco.com.au and tell us what happened. We refund your order and you keep the bottle. There is nothing to post back, no forms, nothing to prove.
Faulty or damaged bottles are replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law, your choice. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Refunds go back the way you paid. That is the whole policy. The longer version lives on our returns page.
