How it works
- Order. Choose your pack and your scents. You see the full total, product plus shipping, before you confirm anything.
- We pack . Bottles are sealed, wrapped and boxed with enough absorbent packing to hold a full litre if anything ever went wrong in transit.
- It ships with tracking. We email you the tracking number the moment it leaves, then you just wait for the postie.
Where we ship
Australia wide. City, coast, farm or a town with one general store: if a parcel service delivers to you, so do we. Once your order is in the post, delivery takes standard parcel times for your state.
What shipping costs
orders over $65 ship free, which the 3 pack clears. Below that, shipping is a flat $10, shown to you before you confirm. Nothing gets added after the fact.
Why the threshold sits exactly there, since you may as well know: a 2 pack costs us the same to post as a single bottle, because both land in the same weight band. The second bottle effectively travels free, and we would rather pass that on than dress it up as a promotion.
Worth remembering too: because HomeKind is a concentrate, you are posting the cleaning part only, not 100 bottles of water. One bottle in the post replaces a long stretch of heavy spray bottles that would each have carried their own freight.
How it is packed
Bottles ship sealed and padded so they arrive in one piece, in packaging chosen to keep the plastic down. If a bottle is ever damaged in transit, photograph it and email sales@homekindco.com.au and we will replace it. The detail is on the returns page.
