Fill the bottle with water to the shoulder, add the capful, cap it, tip it gently to mix and label it. That’s 10ml (1 capful) per litre of water, then spray, wait, wipe. In the 500ml Starter Pack bottle, use 5ml (half a capful).
Order by 2pm on a business day (Sydney time) and it ships the same day. One bottle goes by Express Post, usually 1 to 3 business days. Two bottles go free by standard post (Australia Post regular parcel, usually 2 to 6 business days), or choose Express Post at checkout. Three bottles go free by Express Post.
No. Keep it. Email us within 30 days of delivery, tell us what happened, and we refund your order. There’s nothing to post back.
Yes. The Keep the Bottle Guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can’t be excluded.
Yes, if you catch us before it’s packed. Email us straight away and we cancel and refund in full.
