Too much product.
Start with the everyday mix. 10ml (1 capful) in a litre is plenty for glass and mirrors.
Soap scum underneath.
On a shower screen, use the heavy mix, 10 to 20ml (1 to 2 capfuls), and give it a couple of minutes first. On mirrors, use the everyday mix and wipe straight away.
Wiping in circles.
Wipe one way, top to bottom, so you are not pushing the film around.
Leaving it wet.
Turn the waffle cloth to a dry side and buff before it evaporates.
The wrong cloth.
Paper towel leaves lint and smears. The waffle cloth in the Starter Pack buffs glass dry.

How to use it
- Fill the bottle with water to the shoulder.
- Add the capful: 10ml (1 capful) per litre of water, or 5ml (half a capful) in the 500ml Starter Pack bottle.
- Cap it, tip it gently to mix and label it, then spray, wait, wipe.

Fill the bottle with water to the shoulder, add the capful, cap it, tip it gently to mix and label it. That’s 10ml (1 capful) per litre of water, then spray, wait, wipe. In the 500ml Starter Pack bottle, use 5ml (half a capful).
